A preview of the Clark's!!

Here is a preview of the BEAUTIFUL new couple, Mr. and Mrs. Richard and Shelby Clark!!!! I'm currently editing all of the pictures from the weekend but wanted to get at least one up here for the newlyweds!

The wedding was AMAZING, so many cute South African traditions that Shelby and Rich incorporated into the day and some that were surprises from their families. The ceremony was sooo cute and so them - it was really touching and perfect for their story of love and commitment. I was honored to be Co-MOH for Shelby and stand beside her on her wedding day. She's never looked more beautiful or happy, I don't think she stopped smiling all night!

Cheers to the Clark's - have a blast in Tahiti, love you lots!!! XO

Mr. and Mrs. Ferrini!!!

We just got back from Paul and Erica's wedding in Milwaukee, WI, such a fun weekend! We left Friday morning and got into WI around 1pm and had a few hours to kill so we made our way over to the Miller Brewery for a tour and tasting. I had never been on a tour before so it was pretty interesting - by the end of it I was ready for that tasting and they sure didn't skimp on that! Later that night we headed to Maggiano's for the rehearsal dinner and met up with McCarthy who was delayed getting in. The weather forecast for Saturday wasn't all that promising and when we woke up it was raining :( It rained off and on all day but thankfully they got their pictures in without getting soaked. Erica chose a beautiful stone church in Delafield, WI for their ceremony, I was in loove with it! The beautiful stained glass windows and narrow aisle made it feel like an old, old New England church. The ceremony was beautiful and Erica looked GORGEOUS! I think her dress was top 3 prettiest dresses I've seen! It was so perfect on her! (Paul looked pretty handsome too!) :)
Almost Married!

The reception was held at the Bristolcone Pines Country Club. It had a ski lodge feel to it with lots of exposed wood and a spectacular view! We had a great time dancing the night away and celebrating the new Mr. and Mrs. Ferrini - thank you for letting us be part of your day and have fun in Hawaii!!!! Here are some pictures from the night:

Our First Year....

Today Kev and I are celebrating our first anniversary!! This year has absolutely flown by! I am so thankful and lucky to have such a wonderfully sweet and loving best friend as my husband.
Our first year was filled with lots of laughs and memories and learning when to give in :)

The week of our wedding is one I will NEVER forget. Probably the best week of our lives. Friends and family began arriving the Tuesday before the wedding and it was a solid 5 days of partying, hanging out on the beach, flip cup tournaments (including my 87 yr old grandfather) and just enjoying having everyone here. We felt truly blessed when we'd look around and see so many people there to celebrate us! There is talk of a reunion in 2009 where East Coast and West Coast will reunite for what is sure to be another unforgettable weekend!

To celebrate our first anniversary, Kev and I went out for a great dinner at the Fairview Inn (where we stayed the night of our wedding) last night to celebrate. Today we went to the Cape for a picnic and popped some bubbly.. In 3 weeks, we're headed to California for a 5 day road trip on our way to Shelby and Rich's wedding in San Diego on September 27th. We fly into San Francisco for a few days then head to Napa Valley and Big Sur as we head down the coast. This is our "anniversary/my birthday" trip and a little time to ourselves! Can't wait!

I know this next year and each year after that will be more memorable than the last!!

XO
